The Product is an educational digital guide about divorce-related topics in the United States. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your purchase or use of it. On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Product for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print copies for your own use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, republish, or post the Product (in whole or in part) publicly or to any third party. Each copy is stamped and traceable to the purchasing account; unauthorized sharing is a breach of these Terms and of applicable copyright law.
Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You authorize us and our processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Your purchase appears on your card or bank statement as “EBOOK-GUIDE”.
The Product is delivered digitally: a download is provided immediately after purchase and a copy is sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
